개인정보 처리방침

Feelscope(이하 "회사")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」, 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다.

본 처리방침은 회사가 제공하는 Feelscope 앱(이하 "서비스")에서 이용자의 개인정보를 어떻게 수집하고 이용하는지를 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

1-1. 회원가입 시

• 이메일 주소
• 비밀번호 (암호화 저장)
• 닉네임 (선택)

1-2. 서비스 이용 시

• 대화 스크린샷 → OCR로 추출된 텍스트만 저장. 원본 이미지 파일은 처리 직후 즉시 삭제됩니다.
• 이용자가 직접 입력한 연락처 정보 (이름/별명/관계 유형/메모)
• 관계 목표, 상황 첨언 등 이용자 입력 텍스트
• 서비스 이용 기록 (분석 횟수, 스트릭 등)

1-3. 자동 수집

• 기기 식별자, OS 버전, 앱 버전
• 기기 식별 해시(SHA-256): 무료 크레딧 1회성 부여 및 어뷰징 방지 목적. 원본 식별자는 저장하지 않으며 해시값만 보관합니다.
• 오류 로그 및 서비스 이용 통계
• 오류 발생 시 화면 세션 기록(Sentry Replay): 오류 진단 목적으로만 사용되며, 이용자가 직접 입력한 텍스트(스크린샷, 비밀번호, 결제 정보 등 민감 영역)는 자동 마스킹됩니다.
• 익명화된 기능 사용 이벤트(PostHog): 어떤 기능을 얼마나 자주 사용했는지에 대한 통계. 분석 대상 대화 내용은 포함되지 않습니다.

1-4. 결제 시

• 결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play의 인앱 결제를 통해 이루어지며, 회사는 결제 수단 정보(신용카드 번호 등)를 직접 수집하거나 보관하지 않습니다.
• 회사는 구독 상태(플랜, 만료일)만 보관합니다.

2. 개인정보 수집 방법

• 이용자가 회원가입 및 서비스 이용 과정에서 직접 입력
• 앱 사용 중 자동 생성되는 정보 (이용 기록, 로그)

3. 개인정보의 이용 목적

• 회원 식별 및 인증
• 대화 분석 서비스 제공 (AI에 텍스트 전송 → 분석 결과 반환)
• 관계 통계 및 RPG 시스템 운영
• 서비스 개선 및 신규 기능 개발
• 공지사항 전달, 고객 문의 응대
• 부정 이용 방지, 보안 사고 대응

4. 개인정보 보유 및 이용 기간

• 회원 탈퇴 시 이용자의 모든 개인정보 및 분석 기록은 즉시 파기합니다.
• 단, 관련 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보존해야 하는 정보는 아래와 같이 보관합니다:
  • 계약 또는 청약철회 기록: 5년 (전자상거래법)
  • 대금 결제 및 재화 공급 기록: 5년 (전자상거래법)
  • 소비자 불만 또는 분쟁 처리 기록: 3년 (전자상거래법)
  • 로그인 기록: 3개월 (통신비밀보호법)

5. 스크린샷 및 대화 내용의 취급

이 앱의 핵심 기능은 이용자가 업로드한 대화 스크린샷을 분석하는 것입니다. 회사는 아래 원칙을 엄격히 준수합니다.

5-1. 원본 이미지 비저장 (Process-and-Delete)

• 업로드된 스크린샷은 OCR 처리 직후 서버에서 즉시 삭제됩니다.
• 회사 서버의 영구 저장소에 원본 이미지가 남지 않습니다.

5-2. 개인정보 자동 마스킹

• AI 모델에 전송되기 전, 추출된 텍스트 내 이름/전화번호/이메일 등 개인 식별 정보는 자동으로 익명 토큰(예: [Person A], [PHONE])으로 치환됩니다.

5-3. EXIF 메타데이터 제거

• 업로드된 이미지의 위치 정보 등 EXIF 메타데이터는 서버 수신 즉시 제거됩니다.

5-4. 타인의 대화 분석에 대한 책임

• 이용자는 본인이 당사자인 대화, 또는 분석에 대해 상대방의 동의를 얻은 대화만 업로드할 것을 권장합니다.
• 타인의 프라이버시를 침해하는 방식으로 서비스를 이용할 경우, 관련 법적 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.

6. 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 아래 외부 업체에 개인정보 처리를 위탁합니다.

• 위 수탁자는 각사의 개인정보 보호정책에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.
• 회사는 이용자의 명시적 동의 없이 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 마케팅 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다.

7. 국외 이전

본 서비스는 Supabase(미국/EU) 및 Anthropic/Google(미국) 서버에 정보가 전송·저장됩니다. 회원가입 시 이용자는 본 처리방침에 동의함으로써 국외 이전에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.

8. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 아래 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

• 열람: 앱 내 프로필에서 본인 정보 확인
• 정정: 앱 내에서 직접 수정
• 삭제: 앱 내 "계정 삭제" 메뉴 → 모든 데이터 즉시 영구 삭제
• 처리 정지: 고객센터 문의

14세 미만 아동의 회원가입은 허용되지 않습니다.

9. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

• 전송 구간: TLS 1.3 암호화
• 저장 시: AES-256 암호화
• 접근 권한 최소화, Supabase Row Level Security 적용
• 비밀번호는 일방향 해시로 저장, 복호화 불가

10. 쿠키

앱에서는 웹 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 단, 로그인 유지를 위해 기기 내부 저장소(AsyncStorage)에 인증 토큰을 저장합니다.

11. 개인정보 처리방침의 변경

본 처리방침이 변경되는 경우, 변경 사항을 앱 내 공지 또는 이메일로 사전 안내합니다. 중대한 변경 시 변경 시행일 30일 전에 안내합니다.

Feelscope ("we," "us," or the "Company") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea ("PIPA"), the Information and Communications Network Act, and other applicable laws — including the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") for users in the European Economic Area.

This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it in the Feelscope mobile application (the "Service"). The Korean-language version of this policy is the legally controlling version; this English translation is provided as a courtesy.

1. Information We Collect

1-1. At Sign-Up

• Email address
• Password (stored encrypted)
• Display name (optional)

1-2. While Using the Service

• Conversation screenshots — only the text extracted via OCR is stored. The original image file is deleted immediately after processing.
• Contact information you enter (name, nickname, relationship type, notes)
• Relationship goals, situational notes, and other text you input
• Service usage logs (analysis count, streaks, etc.)

1-3. Automatically Collected

• Device identifier, OS version, app version
• Device-fingerprint hash (SHA-256): used to grant the one-time signup credit and prevent abuse. We do not store the raw identifier — only the irreversible hash.
• Error logs and service usage statistics
• Session replay on error (Sentry): captured solely for diagnosing errors. User-entered text and sensitive regions (screenshots, passwords, payment information) are automatically masked.
• Anonymized feature-usage events (PostHog): aggregate statistics about which features are used and how often. Analyzed conversation content is not included.

1-4. At Purchase

• Payment is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase. We do not directly collect or store payment instrument information (credit card numbers, etc.).
• We retain only your subscription status (plan, expiration date).

2. How We Collect

• Information you provide during sign-up and use of the Service
• Information automatically generated during app use (usage logs, system logs)

3. Purpose of Use

• Member identification and authentication
• Providing conversation analysis (sending text to AI providers and returning analysis)
• Operating the relationship statistics and RPG system
• Service improvement and feature development
• Sending notices and responding to inquiries
• Preventing abuse and responding to security incidents

4. Retention Period

• Upon account deletion, all your personal information and analysis records are permanently deleted immediately.
• Some records may be retained as required by applicable laws of the Republic of Korea:
  • Records of contracts and withdrawal of subscription: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in E-Commerce)
  • Records of payment and supply of goods or services: 5 years (same)
  • Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years (same)
  • Login records: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)

5. Handling of Screenshots and Conversation Content

The core function of this app is analyzing conversation screenshots you upload. We strictly follow the principles below.

5-1. Originals Not Stored (Process-and-Delete)

• Uploaded screenshots are deleted from our servers immediately after OCR processing.
• No original image files remain in our persistent storage.

5-2. Automatic PII Masking

• Before text is sent to AI models, personal identifiers (names, phone numbers, email addresses) are automatically replaced with anonymous tokens (e.g., [Person A], [PHONE]).

5-3. EXIF Metadata Removal

• Location data and other EXIF metadata are stripped from uploaded images upon receipt.

5-4. Responsibility for Conversations Involving Others

• We recommend that you only upload conversations in which you are a participant, or for which you have obtained the other party's consent.
• If you use the Service in a way that violates the privacy of others, you are solely responsible for any related legal consequences.

6. Sub-Processors and Third-Party Sharing

We engage the following third parties to operate the Service:

• Each sub-processor handles your information in accordance with its own privacy policy.
• We do not sell your personal information or share it for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

7. International Data Transfers

The Service transfers and stores information on servers operated by Supabase (US/EU) and Anthropic/Google (US). By signing up, you acknowledge and consent to these international transfers as necessary to provide the Service.

For users in the European Economic Area, transfers outside the EEA are based on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards adopted by our sub-processors.

8. Your Rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time:

• Access: View your information in the in-app profile
• Correction: Edit directly in the app
• Deletion: Use the "Delete Account" menu — all data is permanently erased immediately
• Restriction of Processing: Contact our support team
• Data Portability (where applicable under GDPR): Contact our support team for a machine-readable export

We do not allow children under the age of 14 to register for the Service. For users in the EEA, the minimum age is the higher of 16 or your local age of digital consent.

9. Security Measures

• In transit: TLS 1.3 encryption
• At rest: AES-256 encryption
• Minimum-access principle, Supabase Row Level Security applied
• Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and cannot be decrypted

10. Cookies

The app does not use web cookies. Authentication tokens are stored in on-device storage (AsyncStorage) to maintain your session.

11. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will notify you in-app or by email in advance. For material changes, we will provide notice at least 30 days before the effective date.

Feelscope(以下「当社」といいます)はユーザーの個人情報を重要視し、大韓民国の個人情報保護法、情報通信網利用促進および情報保護等に関する法律、ならびに日本国の個人情報の保護に関する法律(APPI)等、関連法令を遵守します。

本ポリシーは、当社が提供するFeelscopeアプリ(以下「本サービス」といいます)においてユーザーの個人情報をどのように収集し利用するかを説明するものです。本ポリシーは韓国語版が法的に正式なものとし、日本語版は便宜のために提供される翻訳です。

1. 収集する個人情報の項目

1-1. 会員登録時

• メールアドレス
• パスワード(暗号化して保存)
• ニックネーム(任意)

1-2. サービス利用時

• 会話のスクリーンショット → OCRで抽出されたテキストのみを保存。原本画像ファイルは処理直後に即時削除されます。
• ユーザーが直接入力した連絡先情報(名前/ニックネーム/関係の種類/メモ)
• 関係目標、状況の補足など、ユーザーが入力したテキスト
• サービス利用履歴(分析回数、ストリークなど)

1-3. 自動収集

• 端末識別子、OSバージョン、アプリバージョン
• 端末識別ハッシュ(SHA-256): 無料クレジットの一回限りの付与および不正利用防止のために使用します。原本の識別子は保存せず、ハッシュ値のみを保管します。
• エラーログおよびサービス利用統計
• エラー発生時の画面セッション記録(Sentry Replay): エラー診断目的のみで使用され、ユーザーが直接入力したテキスト(スクリーンショット、パスワード、決済情報等の機微領域)は自動的にマスキングされます。
• 匿名化された機能利用イベント(PostHog): どの機能をどのくらい使用したかに関する統計情報。分析対象の会話内容は含まれません。

1-4. 決済時

• 決済はApple App StoreまたはGoogle Playのアプリ内課金を通じて行われ、当社は決済手段情報(クレジットカード番号など)を直接収集または保管しません。
• 当社はサブスクリプション状態(プラン、有効期限)のみを保管します。

2. 収集方法

• ユーザーが会員登録およびサービス利用過程で直接入力
• アプリ使用中に自動生成される情報(利用履歴、ログ)

3. 利用目的

• 会員識別および認証
• 会話分析サービスの提供(AIへのテキスト送信および分析結果の返却)
• 関係統計およびRPGシステムの運営
• サービスの改善および新機能の開発
• お知らせの配信、お問い合わせ対応
• 不正利用の防止、セキュリティインシデント対応

4. 個人情報の保有および利用期間

• 会員退会時、ユーザーのすべての個人情報および分析記録は即時削除します。
• ただし、関連法令により一定期間保存が必要な情報は、以下のとおり保管します:
  • 契約または取消に関する記録: 5年(韓国電子商取引法)
  • 代金決済および財貨供給に関する記録: 5年(同法)
  • 消費者の不満または紛争処理に関する記録: 3年(同法)
  • ログイン記録: 3か月(韓国通信秘密保護法)

5. スクリーンショットおよび会話内容の取り扱い

本サービスの中核機能は、ユーザーがアップロードした会話スクリーンショットを分析することです。当社は以下の原則を厳格に遵守します。

5-1. 原本画像の非保存(Process-and-Delete)

• アップロードされたスクリーンショットは、OCR処理直後にサーバーから即時削除されます。
• 当社サーバーの永続ストレージに原本画像は残りません。

5-2. 個人情報の自動マスキング

• AIモデルへ送信される前に、抽出されたテキスト内の名前/電話番号/メールアドレスなどの個人識別情報は、自動的に匿名トークン(例: [Person A]、[PHONE])に置換されます。

5-3. EXIFメタデータの除去

• アップロードされた画像の位置情報等EXIFメタデータは、サーバー受信時に即時除去されます。

5-4. 第三者の会話分析に関する責任

• ユーザーは、自身が当事者である会話、または分析について相手方の同意を得た会話のみをアップロードすることを推奨します。
• 第三者のプライバシーを侵害する方法で本サービスを利用した場合、それに関する法的責任はユーザー本人にあります。

6. 個人情報の第三者提供および処理委託

当社は本サービス提供のため、以下の外部事業者に個人情報の処理を委託します。

• 各委託先は、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに基づき情報を処理します。
• 当社はユーザーの明示的な同意なく、個人情報を第三者に販売したり、マーケティング目的で提供することはありません。

7. 国外移転

本サービスはSupabase(米国/EU)およびAnthropic/Google(米国)のサーバーへ情報を送信・保存します。会員登録時、ユーザーは本ポリシーに同意することにより、本サービス提供に必要な国外移転に同意したものとみなされます。

8. ユーザーの権利

ユーザーは、いつでも以下の権利を行使することができます。

• 開示: アプリ内のプロフィール画面でご自身の情報を確認
• 訂正: アプリ内で直接修正
• 削除: アプリ内「アカウント削除」メニュー → すべてのデータを即時かつ恒久的に削除
• 利用停止: カスタマーサポートへお問い合わせください

14歳未満のお子様の会員登録は受け付けておりません。

9. 安全管理措置

• 通信区間: TLS 1.3暗号化
• 保管時: AES-256暗号化
• アクセス権限の最小化、Supabase Row Level Securityの適用
• パスワードは一方向ハッシュで保存されており、復号できません

10. クッキー

本アプリではWebクッキーを使用しません。ただし、ログイン状態を維持するため、端末内ストレージ(AsyncStorage)に認証トークンを保存します。

11. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本ポリシーが変更される場合、変更内容をアプリ内のお知らせまたはメールで事前にご案内します。重大な変更の場合は、変更施行日の30日前にご案内します。
